At NI Corner, we want every purchase to bring you complete satisfaction. Each order is made by hand and customized with care. If for any reason—whether due to a defect, change of mind, or another concern—you are not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it under the simple guidelines outlined below.


2. What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • Both personalized and non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

    • All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be returned as well.

    • Products must be free from signs of wear, modification, or damage (unless they arrived defective).

    Return Window:
    You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered (based on tracking details) to request a return or exchange.


3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Here’s how the process works:

Email us at support@nicorner.com or call +1 817-656-9469. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and a brief note about the reason (e.g., not as expected, damaged, wrong personalization).

  • Receive Instructions:
    We will respond within 1 business day with clear next steps and issue you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely with its original accessories and packaging.

    • Attach the provided return label.

    • Drop the parcel off at the carrier specified on your label (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested in place of refunds, within the same 30-day return period.

  • Your new or personalized replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • All exchange shipping is free—we cover both the return and the reshipment.


5. Condition Requirements

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We cannot accept returns that have been worn, stained, or are missing essential components.

  • Exceptions: Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect remain eligible regardless of the above.


6. If Your Item is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you receive an item with a defect, damage, or error.

  • Send clear photos of the issue to help us verify.

  • We will provide a free prepaid label, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement item at no cost.


7. Free Returns & No Fees

  • All approved returns qualify for free return shipping.

  • You will always receive a prepaid, trackable label via email (or in your package).

  • We never charge restocking or handling fees—the full purchase price will be refunded.


8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and check your returned item.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or card).

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.


9. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Unless specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page, all products may be returned or exchanged.

  • Unlike many shops, we allow returns on most personalized products—provided they remain in new, unused condition.


10. Your Responsibilities

  • Please review personalization details, shipping information, and product selections carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Always contact us before sending an item back; unapproved returns cannot be processed.

  • Be sure to include all original parts and packaging for full eligibility.
