Handcrafted Items: Each piece is carefully made by hand with materials including wood, acrylic, and non-toxic paints. Natural differences in grain, shade, or layout may occur—these are considered part of the product’s uniqueness, not flaws.

3. Order Placement & Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All card transactions are processed securely via PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to complete payment.
Order Confirmation:
Once payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to customer support.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each order is customized, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are handled Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Production takes approximately 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Transit Times: Average delivery takes 2–5 business days, with most customers receiving their items within 3–8 business days total.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Limits: Currently, we ship only within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Addressing: Customers must provide complete and correct shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Delays: Weather events, holidays, or carrier issues may occasionally extend shipping times. We will notify you if delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. Verified claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Personalized Orders: Because items are custom-made, refunds or returns are not offered for buyer’s remorse, errors in personalization submitted by the customer, or changes after production begins.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, notify us within 7 days. Photos may be required. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
