1. Shipping Coverage
NI Corner proudly delivers to customers across the United States, covering all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, nor to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders submitted with non-U.S. addresses will be cancelled automatically, and full refunds will be issued.
2. Free Shipping
We are happy to provide free standard shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.
This benefit applies to all shipments within the U.S. automatically; no coupon codes or special steps are needed.
The price you see at checkout is always the final amount—no hidden charges.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders submitted and paid by 2:00 PM MST (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)
All items are made-to-order and personalized as requested.

5. Shipping & Transit Time
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the carrier that offers the quickest and most reliable service for your location.

Each order includes tracking, and a link will be sent to you by email as soon as your package ships
6. Total Delivery Time

Most customers receive their orders within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Total delivery time = Processing + Transit.Example:
Order placed Monday at 1:00 PM → processed same day → ships Tuesday–Thursday → arrives between Thursday and the following Tuesday.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses (as entered by the buyer) are not eligible for free replacement.
- If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours so we can update your details.
8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Delays: While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or peak holiday volumes. We’ll notify you if affected.

Lost/Damaged Orders: If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement at no cost.
